Refund Policy

Booking Fees for Event Tickets are non-refundable. 

However ticket refunds may be permitted in special circumstances.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone an event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed event to within twelve (12) months from its original date. Booking fees paid by buyers for a cancelled event shall be applicable.

In the event GK Entertainment elects not to reschedule the cancelled event, the buyer will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a

refund of any ticket fee(s) already paid.

Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.

Event dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice.

Any refund will usually be paid, using the same method you used to buy the tickets, within 30 days of the original date of the order.
